Seeing

It’s subtle.
Like the sound of a shooting star.
Just as powerful,
When a heart breaks.

Love is patient and kind,
It is written.
Love is intense and can be difficult.
This we know too.

Truths flood in, screaming to be heard.
All we seek is happiness--
which is hidden in choices.
Surrender and creation is all that there is.

When you see love
written on the face of your love
by the pen of another,
All rules burn. Reason chokes.

At that moment the eagle is set free.
A star shoots across the sky.
A tear falls.
All things move forward as they are meant to be.
